Mantenimiento

Para evitar cambios de tono y un desgaste desigual, gira la alfombra con frecuencia.
Utilice una aspiradora convencional en lugar de un robot aspirador para evitar dañar la alfombra.
Si descubres un hilo suelto en tu alfombra, usa unas tijeras para cortarlo con cuidado. Evite tirar del hilo para evitar daños.
Sacuda la alfombra al aire libre para eliminar el exceso de suciedad o residuos.

Instalación

Pueden aparecer marcas de pliegue durante el transporte. Esto no es un defecto de fabricación y es fácil de solucionar. Simplemente déle la vuelta a la alfombra, enróllela bien y déjela durante unas horas. Finalmente, extienda su alfombra y espere unos días hasta que quede plana contra el piso.
Al desembalar su alfombra nueva, puede notar un ligero olor, que se debe a que la alfombra estuvo bien empaquetada durante el transporte. Esto es normal y desaparecerá después de unos días.
Asegúrese de que su piso esté completamente seco antes de colocar la alfombra.
