Marble - Where Warmth Finds Form

Bring a calm and cosy feel to your home with the soft wool pile and flowing organic lines of this rug.

Crafted from 100% wool, this rug provides a naturally warm and comforting surface underfoot that helps create a welcoming atmosphere in any room.

The dense pile offers a tactile experience that absorbs sound well, helping to soften echoes and make your living space feel quieter and more relaxed.

Designed with modern homes in mind, it is fully compatible with underfloor heating systems so warmth can pass through freely.

The natural fibres help regulate room comfort while standing up to daily family life with ease.

Proudly made in India by skilled artisans, this piece reflects traditional hand-finishing techniques passed down through generations.

Every rug is carefully constructed to ensure reliable quality and long-lasting durability for your home.

You can rest easy knowing this rug meets strict environmental and social standards.

It is produced with care for the people making it and the materials used, bringing peace of mind alongside natural beauty to your floor.

Design

The design features flowing, wavy bands of colour that sweep across the surface like geological strata or abstract landscapes.

These curving lines create a sense of gentle movement and organic rhythm, bringing a relaxed and natural feel to your interior.

A harmonious palette of muted green, dusty pink, warm beige, soft purple, and slate blue works together to create a calming mood.

This versatile mix of tones suits modern living spaces, adding visual interest without overwhelming the room.

This rug is carefully hand-tufted by skilled artisans who shoot loops of wool yarn through a supportive cotton base by hand.

This labour-intensive method requires patience and precision to capture the smooth flow of the design.

Creating a piece of this size takes several days of focused human effort, resulting in a thick and resilient pile.

The close tufting secures the yarn firmly, ensuring the rug keeps its shape and soft feel through years of everyday use.

80% Wool

Wool is a fantastic natural fibre with many benefits, it is durable and hard-wearing, which means that a rug made from wool can be used for several generations and maintain its quality. They are an excellent choice for keeping your rooms warm during the cold winter months and can reduce noise from everyday life. The material also has a natural dirt-repellent effect which makes wool rugs easy to keep clean. Wool has a natural elasticity, which means that when the pile is pressed down, it can easily bounce back to its original shape.

20% Cotton

Cotton is a natural material that makes them a suitable option for people with allergies. The material is soft, durable and resilient, which makes them practical and comfortable for high-traffic areas such as the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
You may notice some shedding on your rug - this is completely normal and a sign of its high-quality natural fibres. The shedding will gradually lessen over time and does not affect the rug’s quality or lifespan. Regular hoovering with gentle suction and occasional brushing will help manage loose fibres and keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

For added safety, stability and floor protection, we recommend using an anti-slip pad underneath the rug (sold separately).
Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Cleaning instructions

Do this

Spot clean only.
Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.

Avoid this

Do not wash
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
