Design

The design features a clean and balanced striped pattern that creates a sense of order and flow. The alternating bands of yellow and light yellow provide a soft contrast that is visually engaging without overwhelming your space.

Its simple, linear aesthetic makes it a versatile choice for various interior settings. The light and airy colour palette keeps the room feeling open and bright, while the classic stripes add a touch of personality and charm to your floors.

This runner is meticulously hand-woven by skilled artisans in India. The process involves a traditional loom where the Wool is carefully interlaced with a cotton foundation, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting construction that holds its shape beautifully over time.

Creating a piece of this size requires significant time and focused attention. The weavers work with a steady rhythm to maintain the consistency of the stripes, a process that demands a high level of precision and patience that only human hands can provide.

Because each runner is individually crafted, it carries the unique mark of its maker. This dedication to manual craft results in a product that feels more personal and authentic than mass-produced alternatives, offering you a piece that is truly built to last.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
We recommend using an anti-slip mat with this rug, as color migration may occur onto light-colored floors.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Do this

Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.

For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.
