Very nice collection!

This is an update to my previous review - which was mainly about difficulty ordering. I eventually order two rugs, and had the following experience: 1st rug, handmade abstract design wool, hand tufted - this is brilliant, gorgeous colours and just what I had hoped for. The second was a low cost runner - but although the colours were perfect the creases and puckering of the sides did not flatten down, so I have returned this. Return process straightforward and should be picked up by Fedex so very convenient for me as I cannot lift heavy things. Fedex delivery drivers always friendly and helpful, and always deliver within time frame notified which is always helpful. I shall reorder a runner for my hall following the easy return service and previous good quality of my orders.

I was impressed when I saw the same rug at my daughter's and knew how lovely it would look in my home. I'm interested to see how well the rug stands upto wear and tear although we don't wear shoes in the house so that's a bonus and no pets only seven grandchildren lol. I'm impressed on how quickly my rug will get delivered.

From ordering the rug, shipping and arrival I was continually kept updated. Delivery was prompt as expected. The rug was purchased as a present and my friend is delighted with it. It looks expensive and is great value for money. The rug is very Boho which is what I wanted, and the colour is beautiful. Thank you, will definitely be buying from you again.

Delivered in time, good quality and as wool waiting for rug to stop moulting

Beautiful rug at an excellent price and very quick delivery, will use again.

Rug arrived very quickly and its great quality just as described and like the photo on the website really happy

Great selection of rugs, lots of sizes and good prices. The website is easy to navigate and delivery was free.

Delivered quickly. Just wish it had been rolled rather than folded. Looks great in my front room. Love love this rug !

Great rug prompt service. Little pricey.

It is what it said it would be - good images and clear descriptions helped.

Beautiful rug. Arrived quickly and was well wrapped and protected.

Love my new rug! Arrived quickly, well priced and good quality.

Excellent product quality and overall service was efficient from order to delivery.

Lovely rugs and quick delivery but so annoying that they always arrive folded now! I have had a £££ handmade rug for over 7 months that still has marks from being sent folded. I probably won’t use them again for this reason.

Wonderful rug, feels nice and soft when you walk on it. The quality is good - although the rug is on the thinner side, you can definitely tell that it's well made.

Customer tel support Very good email order information Quality of rug

Good communication and easy website. Good detail on each product to help you choose.

have just ordered and look forward to my rug then I will complete my experience

Great choice of styles, pricing and colours
