PatchworkHand KnottedRug

Dark green / Green158 x 233 cm

This one-of-a-kind patchwork rug brings a sense of history and warmth to any room. By carefully selecting and stitching together vintage fragments, each piece is transformed into a singular work of art that can never be replicated. Owning this rug means you have a floor covering as unique as your own home, offering a story that continues with every step you take on it.

The tactile experience of this piece is defined by its low pile, which offers a smooth, comfortable surface underfoot. Because it is composed of various hand-knotted sections, the texture remains consistent while providing the durability and structural integrity you expect from high-quality Wool. The material is naturally resilient, making it a practical and long-lasting choice for high-traffic areas in your home.

Visually, the rug serves as a calming foundation for your interior. The subtle, tonal variations across the patchwork squares add depth and interest without overwhelming your space. It is designed to be a functional accent that harmonises with both contemporary and traditional decor, grounding your furniture and creating a unified, thoughtful look.

Originating from the Middle East, this rug draws on a rich tradition of textile preservation. Each square has been chosen to complement the others, resulting in a cohesive design that feels both intentional and organic. Whether placed in a living area or a study, this piece provides a soft, inviting atmosphere that reflects a deep appreciation for craft and character.
