MalayerHand KnottedRug

Dark red / BlackRunner110 x 505 cm

Introduce a welcoming and tactile feel to your hallway or corridor with this handcrafted runner, designed to bring both warmth and grounded comfort underfoot. Measuring 505 x 110 cm with a comfortable 12 mm pile, it offers a dense and cushioning surface that feels reassuringly substantial with every step. Its heavy build also helps to absorb sound, creating a calmer atmosphere in busy transition spaces at home.

Crafted using 100% wool, the pile provides natural resilience, a soft touch, and reliable insulation against cold floors. Wool naturally resists everyday wear, making it a practical choice for high-traffic walkways while remaining gentle and inviting to walk along.

With a density of 90,000 knots per m2, the rug achieves a fine level of pattern clarity and a compact pile structure that supports long-term durability. This higher knot count means the detailed motifs retain their crisp definition, ensuring the piece maintains its appearance and structure through years of daily use.

This is a strictly one-of-a-kind piece originating from Persia, meaning no two rugs are identical and this exact design will never be made again. Choosing it allows you to bring an authentic, individually crafted element into your interior that cannot be replicated.
