The rug is beautiful but is some black dotes in it in one side in the sowing. I still like it and made massive change in my living room. Thank you

Rug arrived on time.

The rug is stunning, the colours are unbelievable, better than in the pictures. Highly recommend!

I found exactly what I needed at the right price. I’ll let you know when it arrives if it’s as good as I think it is x

Easy to order and quick delivery

Prompt service and delivery, really pleased with rug, good quality and true to colour, would buy again in different colour

Really beautiful product, lovely rug, great colours, just as described on the website.

Easy website to use

İt's so good material 👌

Love it great size

I found the rug I wanted easily on the internet - your product came up first and I ordered straightaway. The discount encouraged me too. Delivered promptly and the rug's description was accurate. Very happy with it!

Had looked on other sites first before discovering yours. You had the size at the thickness I required all set out and easy to find . Was a relief to find your site and a pleasure to use to be honest.

Love our funky new rugs. Good quality.

Very nice collection!

This is an update to my previous review - which was mainly about difficulty ordering. I eventually order two rugs, and had the following experience: 1st rug, handmade abstract design wool, hand tufted - this is brilliant, gorgeous colours and just what I had hoped for. The second was a low cost runner - but although the colours were perfect the creases and puckering of the sides did not flatten down, so I have returned this. Return process straightforward and should be picked up by Fedex so very convenient for me as I cannot lift heavy things. Fedex delivery drivers always friendly and helpful, and always deliver within time frame notified which is always helpful. I shall reorder a runner for my hall following the easy return service and previous good quality of my orders.

From ordering the rug, shipping and arrival I was continually kept updated. Delivery was prompt as expected. The rug was purchased as a present and my friend is delighted with it. It looks expensive and is great value for money. The rug is very Boho which is what I wanted, and the colour is beautiful. Thank you, will definitely be buying from you again.
