The Felina runner introduces a sophisticated animal-inspired aesthetic to your home, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in high-traffic areas like hallways or entryways. Its tactile surface offers a comfortable feel underfoot, providing a layer of softness that enhances the comfort of your living space while remaining incredibly durable for daily use.

Crafted from premium polyester, this runner is designed to withstand the rigours of a busy household. The material choice ensures that the rug maintains its vibrant look over time, while its inherent warmth makes it a pleasant addition to any room. It is also fully compatible with underfloor heating, allowing you to enjoy a cosy environment throughout the colder months.

Practicality is at the heart of this design, as the rug is completely machine washable. This makes it an ideal choice for households with pets or children, allowing you to easily maintain its pristine appearance with minimal effort. The addition of a built-in anti-slip backing provides peace of mind, ensuring the runner stays securely in place on various floor types.

Beyond its functional benefits, this runner serves as a versatile piece that complements a wide range of interior styles. Whether you are looking to add a subtle statement to a neutral space or enhance an existing decor theme, the clean, rhythmic pattern brings a balanced and harmonious feel to your floor. It is a thoughtful choice for those who value both aesthetic appeal and everyday convenience.

Design

The design features a bold, rhythmic animal-inspired pattern that flows across the length of the runner. The contrasting interplay between the rich brown and crisp white tones creates a dynamic visual effect that catches the eye without overwhelming the space.

With its sleek profile, the runner maintains a clean and contemporary appearance. The repetition of the motif adds a sense of movement and depth, making it a perfect accent piece for narrow areas that need a touch of character and warmth.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
To maintain the quality of your rug, avoid leaving it damp for a long time without ensuring that it dries completely. This will help protect both the rug and the surface beneath.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

For added safety, stability and floor protection, we recommend using an anti-slip pad underneath the rug (sold separately).
Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Washing instructions

Do this

Machine wash up to 30°C.
Wash separately.
Use gentle cycle.
Line dry with good air circulation all around.
Reshape the rug while damp.
Make sure the rug is completely dry before placing it back on the floor.
Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.

Avoid this

Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.

Good to know

The rug may shrink up to 5%.

General guidelines for washing machine and rug sizes

The rug's suitability for machine washing depends on several factors:

Washing machine drum capacity: If the rug is too large for the machine, we recommend washing it by hand or using a professional rug cleaning service.

Washing machine filter: Ensure that your machine's filter is emptied before washing the rug to prevent clogging. Additionally, check the filter after washing to maintain the machine in optimal condition.

It is important to check your machine's filters after washing your rug to ensure your machine is kept in the best possible condition.

Drum size / Rug length / diameter
6 kg, / <120 cm / 120 cm
9 kg / <140 cm / 140 cm
13 kg / < 160 cm / 160 cm
Professional / >180 cm / 180 cm

Important notes: These guidelines are general and may not apply to all rugs or washing machines. Always exercise caution when machine washing a rug, as drum capacities and rug sizes might not be fully compatible.
